Canskate 1-2

- Children who have completed a Precanskate program or have basic skating skills such as up/down, forward, turn, glide
- Classes are 30 minutes in length
- Group format led by NCCP certified professional coach assisted by trained program assistants
- Focus on fundamental skills such as stopping, backwards, turning
- Skaters are grouped by age/ability and progress through a badge program
- Skaters must wear CSA approved hockey helmet
- All skaters eligible to participate in March ice show (practice time during Feb/March) at no extra cost
- MONDAYS and THURSDAYS (choose one night or two)
- 6:40 - 7:10 pm @ Tony Rose Arena
2018-2019 SCHEDULE & FEES
PLEASE NOTE: Costs below are TOTAL fees - included is Skate Canada insurance fee of $40 per skater and a lottery fundraising fee of $40. At the start of classes, you will be provided with a book of lottery tickets to sell enabling you to earn back your full lottery fundraising fee - NOTE the fundraising fee is payable once per family - the on-line process will automatically add in $40 for each child (credits will be applied once registrations are complete)
On-line registrations will be subjected to $5 convenience fee to offset credit card processing expense - Thank you in advance for your understanding
